Terms of Service for Lend A Hand Maintenance

At Lend A Hand Maintenance, we are committed to providing reliable property maintenance and home repair services that earn your trust. By engaging with our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms:
1. **Service Agreement**:

Our service delivery is based on detailed agreements tailored to your specific maintenance and repair needs.
2. **Payments**:

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash and checks at this time

**Returned Payment Policy**
Any check returned by the customer’s financial institution for insufficient funds or any other reason may be subject to a $35 returned payment fee, in addition to any fees charged to us by our bank. Services may be suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid in full. After a returned payment, future payments may be required in cash, cashier’s check, or other guaranteed funds.

3. **Rescheduling and Cancellations**:

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs after arrival at the property, a $75 service charge may apply. Any non-refundable materials purchased specifically for the project remain the responsibility of the

While we take every precaution to ensure safety, Lend A Hand Maintenance is not liable for any damages incurred before, during, or after our services, except as stipulated in our agreements.

**Customer Satisfaction**

At Lend A Hand Maintenance, customer satisfaction is important to us. If a customer is dissatisfied with completed work, they must notify us within 48 hours of service completion so we have an opportunity to review and reasonably address the concern.

Because every project is unique, dissatisfaction does not automatically qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to inspect the work performed and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • reasonable touch-up work
  • repair of workmanship-related issues
  • partial service credit when appropriate

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • changes of mind after work has been completed
  • pre-existing damage
  • customer-supplied materials that fail
  • issues unrelated to workmanship

5. **Privacy**:
